Former head of the CDC, Dr. Julie Gerberding voiced strong approval for mandatory vaccinations to fight resistance of health care workers concerned about safety and effectiveness of flu shots.
She tried but we wouldn't listen.
“We tried to market the idea, to push people, to educate,” she said. “But looking back, broadly speaking, we failed. It’s time to look at a more aggressive approach.”
